Once customers approved the design, PTE team starts processing the order to match exactly with tooling specifications, lead time, and delivery requirements.
PTE has a complete 3D CAD/CAM system featuring Creo 7.0. The precision mold is manufactured using advanced CNC milling and EDM equipment.

Injection Molding
We are able to handle plastic injection on several of carrier resins such as ABS, PVC, AES, ASA, PP, PC, POM, PS, PA6, HIPS… to meet customer’s requirement including engineering plastics for extreme environments or tight tolerance requested.

We provide a comprehensive solution from Mold design and fabricate, outsourcing to product assembly and packaging. By applying automation in assembly process by robot, we guarantee a high quality finished goods without deformation.
